You can not download the film for your screening. In order to screen the movie, ensure you have tested the film and internet network connection. Tip: During your event, we recommend a dedicated internet connection for the computer you are using to download the stream. We also recommend that the connection be wired, not wireless. You have limited bandwidth, and the more users accessing the same network, the slower your download times, which may lessen the quality of the stream. If at all possible, try not to use a wireless connection for your event. An ethernet cable/ "hard lined" connected internet decreases the chances for interference and trouble. Remember, in order to get the most accurate results, test the exact set-up you will use to show the film (i.e. use the same computer, internet connection, sound, etc. in the room where you will show it).

No, we do not provide any technical equipment for your event. All technical equipment needs to be managed by the venue.
Yes, you are welcome to host your event outdoors, in fact outdoor cinema can be lots of fun.
Unfortunately we do not offer cinema screenings at this stage.
Eventbrite is our ticketing partner for all event. It is a requirement for all attendees to register for a ticket via your event ticketing link. Selling tickets to your movie event is easy. You have the freedom to sell and manage tickets for your movie. Once you've completed your event details form, you’ll receive your event ticketing link within two days and access to check your ticket sales anytime.
Depending on the film you have chosen, your film will be delivered via DVD or digital internet streaming. If DVD, your DVD will be ordered with your hosting payment - please allow 2 weeks for receipt. If digital, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your film after you complete the Typeform to give us all the details about your event.
No, there is no minimum tickets that must be purchased for you to host an event, but we hope your event is successful with a full venue. We provide you with personalised downloadable materials to assist in promoting your screening.
Yes! You can register attendees via the Eventbrite Organiser App at the event, but cash sales are not permitted.
We will provide you with access to the event ticketing page so you can view ticket sales and attendees for your event.
You can expect to see your funds within 14 business days after your event.
It takes us 2 working days to set up a screening once you have submitted your registration form and paid the hosting fee. If you haven’t heard from us in this time, drop us an email and we’ll update you on the status of your booking.
We love the idea of a fundraiser! When you complete your event details form you can set a ticket price for your event above the standard ticket price of $5.50, with everything above that rate yours to keep for your cause. Find out more about holding a fundraising event over on our Blog.
Yes, you can purchase tickets on your event ticketing link and provide them to attendees for free or a discounted rate.

When you register to hold a Wonder Event, you’ll pay a hosting fee of $129.
